This unit has been redesigned for Pratt & Whitney Aircraft and has now become a standard unit in our product family. This high power unit has many standard features specifically designed for the aerospace industry. It includes: AC mark and DC etch capabilities, high power transformer, variable mark time dial from 0-30 seconds, variable current limit from 1-25 cycles, lock box will not allow operator to change settings on machine, arcing reset feature will automatically shutdown mark in progress and must be reset by pressing reset button, unit is controlled by a foot pedal. GA-961-2 (Not Shown) Is the same power unit as above with a three position variable mark time dial in 3, 5, and 10 second marking time lengths.

SSA-1001

A new unit designed for the high volume user who requires automation. This unit is equipped for both shallow etching and heavy deep etching. This unit has the following features: high power transformer, display panel featuring mark time, intensity, and pulse rate control dials. Unit can be either constant or con- trolled power (i.e. foot pedal control). Automatic assembly includes: Pneumatic marking arm, automatic electrolyte feed system, pneumatic control switch, and plexi-base.
